Look what came in the mail!

Look at what JUST came in the mail! Sally and Dave’s engagement session book! I shot their engagement session photos earlier this summer in Downtown Oakland.  Sally contacted me about about a month ago to finish up her order … I was sooo excited when she agreed to turn their fantastic images into a book.

After opening the packaging, I literally sat on the floor ooh-ing and ahh-ing at the contents for half an hour.  I’m so proud of this book!  Seeing my images in print makes me gush with so much LOVE!!!  And even MORE LOVE for Sally and Dave – as they have moved to Japan!!!

Quick! They’re Moving!

One of the families I shot earlier this year is moving!  Mom and I decided it would be fun if we had one last photo session at their old house.

And it was  SO fun! We had fun discussing curly hair and long eyelashes, sucking thumbs, and even fit in a little time for snacks!

I can’t believe how big Ayana is!  She’s sitting!  She’s baby-talking! Look at her GORGEOUS SMILE!!!

And I can’t believe how much Anya is talking!  We had a full conversation about sunglasses, butterflies, and her new house.  It was so much fun!

The girls were sooo cooperative!  And Mom put them in such darling outfits!  As cliche it is to put little girls in pink, I LOVED what they were wearing!

And I’ll leave you with my new favorite progression of Ayana.  I tried re-creating my favorite shot from last time and this is what I came up with:

I had SUCH an amazing time with them (again!)!  Can’t wait to see them in their new house!
